What is the Hub?
Welcome to the NHS Staff Feedback Hub!
This research is a collaborative project between NHS England and NHS Improvement and Ipsos MORI, the independent research agency. The aim of this research is to understand the experiences and opinions of the NHS workforce during the COVID-19 crisis and the response from NHS England and NHS Improvement thus far. These findings will be shared with NHS England and NHS Improvement and used to improve its communications and response to COVID-19.
There are a number of different ways you can interact with this community, including a tri-weekly barometer survey, discussion forums, and journal entries. These different activity channels will be moderated by researchers from Ipsos MORI (identified by _IpsosMORI in the username) to answer queries and ensure participants are following the rules of engagement. It will also be observed by representatives from NHS England and NHS Improvement (identified by _NHSEI).
The community can be accessed through any device with an internet connection, but it works best on tablets, laptops or desktops. Participation in the online community is completely voluntary and you may choose to engage in as many tasks as you like. Your participation is confidential and Ipsos MORI will only use your contact details and personal data for the purposes of this research.
We appreciate your participation in the NHS Staff Feedback Hub, and hopefully you will find it engaging and interesting. However, please be mindful that others may express opinions that differ to yours, and you may not always agree on a matter. Please do engage in debate but keep it polite.
We hope you enjoy taking part in this community and we look forward to hearing your thoughts and opinions over the coming weeks.
